Consulting through TNE also provides you with engaging conversations and a way to stay abreast of the most relevant talking points in your industry.

How often will I be expected to consult?Typically, TNE experts participate in at least 1-2 calls per quarter. The recurring nature of the consultations is something that makes TNE unique, due to it's affiliation with Channel Dynamics.

Do I need to prepare for the call?We ask that experts do not perform any prep work prior to taking a call, unless explicitly requested. TNE consultations are informal in nature; our clients simply seek your insights and opinions from your unique industry perspective.

What topics will I be expected to discuss during a consultation?Our clients are looking to discuss high level business and industry trends, competitive dynamics, and perspectives you have regarding themes that are in focus by investors. It's against TNE's policies for clients to discuss confidential or material, non-public information during a consultation; our clients have agreed to not knowingly ask our experts to disclose such information.

What if I have and NDA or a duty to keep something confidential?There shouldn't be any conflict with your NDA. TNE clients are only looking for high-level information, and will not ask TNE experts to divulge any sensitive details. Please be mindful of duties you have and don't share any confidential or proprietary information during calls.

What differentiates TNE from other Expert Networks?The Network Effect (TNE), is an affiliate of Channel Dynamics, which is a primary research firm that has relies on a research network of private company executive, to produce industry trend reports and differentiated content. The affiliation with a top primary research company, gives TNE experts free access to the Channel Dynamics Portal. TNE Experts can also expect recurring calls with the Channel Dynamic's research team, in addition to adhoc calls from other TNE clients.

How do I receive compensation?The Network Effect provides compensation, often on the same day of the call with a client, based on an hourly rate. The payments are made through Stripe, PayPal, ACH, or check. In addition to the financial compensation, TNE experts receive free access to abbreviated Channel Dynamic's reports.
